from first home buying couples who want to borrow up to 95% (Plus
Mortgage Insurance Fee) of the value of their new home through to investors who
want to access their equity or who are just looking for a low cost, fully optional home loan account. Full
Financial Loans in general are 'unlimited' when it comes to loan
amounts but on average most lenders start to restrict lending over
$2 million. We have a range of non bank and bank lenders that will
help you out lending well above $2 million if needed.
Low Doc Home Loans
Are you self employed? Struggling to obtain finance as your tax returns haven’t been done as yet, or you don't want
to bother digging them up and having them used for the loan? Resicom Capital
can help arrange a low doc loan that may just solve your
problem. Most low doc loans allow you to declare an income that represents your true income.
As a rule this is then supported with another form of income proof,
say some bank trading statements or a letter from your accountant.
